Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By participating in the PetQoin Loyalty Program and using the PetQoin Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the program or use the wallet.
Membership and Registration
1. Participation in the PetQoin Loyalty Program and the use of the PetQoin Wallet are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
2. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration for the loyalty program and wallet.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Earning PetQoins
1. PetQoins are earned based on eligible purchases made on the Petsouq platform.
2. The rate of earning PetQoins may vary based on membership levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, as defined by Petsouq.
2. PetQoins earned have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
PetQoin Wallet
1. PetQoins earned will be reflected in your PetQoin Wallet within a reasonable time after the eligible purchase.
2. The PetQoin Wallet is a virtual wallet that stores PetQoins earned through the loyalty program.
Redemption of PetQoins
1. PetQoins in the PetQoin Wallet can be redeemed for discounts on future eligible purchases on Petsouq, at a rate of 1
PetQoin = 1 AED.
2. PetQoins cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.
Expiry of PetQoins
1. PetQoins do not have an expiry date and will not be removed from your PetQoin Wallet unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions or in Petsouq's official communications.
Program Changes
1. Petsouq reserves the right to change or terminate the PetQoin Loyalty Program and the PetQoin Wallet, including rules, earning rates, and redemption options, at any time with or without notice.
Communication
1. By participating in the PetQoin Loyalty Program and using the PetQoin Wallet, you agree to receive communication from Petsouq via email, SMS, or other means for program-related updates and promotions.
Security
1. You are responsible for the security of your PetQoin Wallet account and any transactions made using it.
2. Petsouq employs industry-standard security measures to protect your information within its systems.
Dispute Resolution
1. Any disputes or issues related to the PetQoin Loyalty Program or the PetQoin Wallet will be resolved in accordance with Petsouq's Dispute Resolution Policy.
